💰 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Cash on Delivery and other payment options are subject to availability.
Orders may be cancelled if payment confirmation fails.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via courier service.
Estimated delivery time is 3–4 working days (within Pakistan).
Delivery delays due to courier issues, weather, or incorrect address are not the responsibility of CLIKNSHIP.

🔄 Returns & Replacements

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products are non-returnable.
Replacement is only applicable for:
- Wrong product received
- Product damaged during delivery
Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
No cash refunds are offered.

📦 Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Customer information is kept confidential.
Personal data is only used for order processing and delivery.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except courier services.
