Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we follow a strict return policy.

❌ No Returns / Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal care & skincare items

  • Change of mind after delivery

You may request a replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was damaged during courier delivery

⏰ Claim Timeframe

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or video proof are required

🔁 Replacement Process
